Summer was really important for me to take some time - to really reflect and refocus. It feels like I’ve spent the last 38 years of my life on the go and so in the seasons of growth and transition, I felt it was SO important to peel back as many layers as I could, to find the grassroots. And in that, hope to find a deeper purpose and clear guidance for direction. Here’s the thing - I feel like so many people may say they need “time off” or time to reflect… but what are you doing with that time?
